The eliminator (also commonly referred to as a “scrubber” or “spray booth scrubber”) in a paint shop is responsible for collecting the overspray paint particles to help keep the air clean.
As the test results demonstrate, Gallagher-Kaiser's KCe can reduce emissions in a way that has yet to be seen in this industry.
Multiple third-party emissions tests produced unmatched results; outperforming all other systems of its kind. Using the required spray guns and parameters, the results were recognized as “a new benchmark for other manufacturers.” To effectively test the technology, GK invested in the necessary equipment to simulate production conditions.
“The decision to pursue this development reflected GK’s conscious commitment of our carbon footprint. We have a responsibility to provide our customers with the best possible solutions and as the emissions testing demonstrated, the Kaiser Compact Eliminator is the best,” said GK President, Tracy Roberts.
