SILAO, APRIL 25, 2018 - Congratulations to Gallagher-Kaiser (GK) Commissioning Engineer, Tim, on completing the Spartan Race in Huixquilucan, Mexico!
When Tim moved to Mexico and began work on the new GM Silao PT/ED & Sealer System project, he didn’t give up his passion! This was his fifth Spartan Race and first race in Mexico. His past races in the United States have taken him to Georgia, Arizona and Ohio. When we asked about his preparation, he said it is "constant."
In addition to the Spartan Race, Tim has ridden his bike to the top of the Cerro del Cubilete mountain (4,500’ elevation climb). His next big activity is a 300 mile bike ride from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. in May 2018.
"This was one of the most difficult races I have ever participated in," said Tim. "On the four challenges, we climbed a total of 3,000 feet. No Bueno!"
