Gallagher-Kaiser contributes to over 70 charities annually!
Gallagher-Kaiser recognizes our social responsibility to give back to the community. There are several ways in which our organization participates in the community through both volunteering and sponsorship's.
Our philanthropic involvement includes, but is not limited to:
- The Detroit Children's Fund
- The Kiefer Foundation
- Karmanos Cancer Institute
- College for Creative Studies
- Crime Stoppers of Michigan
- The United Way for Southeastern Michigan
Other sponsorship's and contributions include, the Belle Isle Conservancy, FIRST Robotics Team 226, Detroit Public Safety Foundation, The Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation, Macomb County Sheriff Aviation Division, Focus Hope, Orchards Children’s Services, Cornerstone Schools, Covenant House of Michigan, Rochester Community Schools, Turning Point Education Fund, Volunteers of America, Parade Company, Chris4Life (colon cancer foundation), the Boy Scouts of America, Grosse Pointe South Hockey, Kids on the Go, a summer camp for disabled children and many more.
Additionally, every year over half of our GK & UPI team participates in the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure.
Gallagher-Kaiser also has a solid recycling program in place and has recently changed our manufacturing facility lighting to be energy efficient.
